Bob's Favorite Stories!

Bob's Favorite Stories is a VHS and DVD compilation and a spin-off of Bob and Larry's Favorite Stories!. It includes three stories and it was released on VHS and DVD in August 31, 2004 by Word Entertainment and Sony Wonder.

This is a rare VHS that was made around the time of "Sumo of the Opera" that was made exclusive to members of the VeggieGram newsletter.

Trivia

• Not only are the episodes Bob's favorites, but he starred in them.
• The 2004 VeggieTales Theme Song was not featured in the VHS version, however, it was shown as the DVD version when it was placed between the Bob's Favorite Stories title card and The Wonderful World of Auto-Tainment.
• This is the first "Favorite Stories" compilation to be produced by Sony Wonder until the next compilation.
• This compilation was released on the same day as Sumo of the Opera.
• This is a background pattern from Larry-Boy! and the Fib from Outer Space! with title cards.
• In "The Princess and the Pie War" teaser, Tim Hodge says, "Think you'll love her", then interrupts the trailer and rewinds back to the beginning with the no symbol sign on the top left side of the screen in the Sony Wonder VHS release.
• The video contains no Stay Tuned Bumper from 2003 to 2005 unlike any other Favorite Stories videos.
• This is the only compilation feature the DKP Effects logo.
• When the copyright reads "©2004 Big Idea, Inc." before the pop sound effect from "A Snoodle's Tale" is heard and then quickly cuts to black, and goes straight to The Complete Silly Song Collection trailer.
• This is the first VeggieTales compilation release to have previews released on VHS and DVD.
• This is the first Favorite Stories compilation released by Word Entertainment and Sony Wonder (since Sumo of the Opera was the first episode to be distributed by Sony Wonder).
• This is the first VeggieTales compilation release to be released on both VHS and DVD.
• Just like the first three compilations, this release has previews made exclusive to christian and mass market.
• This is the last VHS release to feature the Big Idea's 10th Anniversary logo, but remained the last two DVDs until Sumo of the Opera and Holiday Double Feature.
