The Grim Tickler is from the Island of Perpetual Tickling. He only appears in Esther… The Girl Who Became Queen. He is always holding a white feather, which he uses to tickle day and night, night and day without stopping, not even if you say "pretty please."

First, he took the Peaoni brothers. Later, he took Haman.

The Grim Tickler is a parody of the Grim Reaper.
He resembles Death.
